Newsletter

Prayer Warriors International operates a regular newsletter sent by email, through Mailchimp. The newsletter is only sent to those who have requested to be added to our mailing list.Anyone can request to be removed from the mailing list at any time.We do not share any of the email addresses on our mailing list, other than with Mailchimp.

We are legally required to document lawful bases for the data processing we do. 

Legal Obligation: 

1&1 Webmail has a legal obligation to process the following data, in order to be able to prove (if required) that we have provided accurate information to HMRC and to perform actions such as refunds.

There are systems in use on our website to track the total amount of visits to pages on our website.These systems do not allow us to identify the pages any individual has looked at.We use this data to assess how effective our website is. 

Contact Form Submissions: 

Prayer Warriors International only uses information sent to us via the contact form on our website to carry out any services that have been requested.The form submissions are not stored on the website and are delivered to us via email.

Who we share your information with: 

We use PayPal as our payment processor. Information necessary to complete a transaction, including (but not limited to) Name, Email Address, Billing Address and Shipping Address is therefore shared with PayPal.Final checkout is processed through PayPal’s systems. Prayer Warriors International is not given access to any of your card details.All parcels are sent using Royal Mail. 

In rare cases, access to our systems may be granted to 1&1 Webmail for the sole purpose of correcting errors with our systems.1&1 Webmail does not retain any information that may be accessed during any maintenance carried out on our systems.We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to any other third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

Controlling your personal information: 

You have a legal right to request details of what personal information we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email info@prayerwarriors.org.uk If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect, please email us as soon as possible at info@prayerwarriors.org.uk We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
